The staff at Hendy Car Store Portsmouth were good because they offered a more relaxed customer experience, without being pushy or put under pressure. Josh answered all questions we had and happily took us out on test drives to ensure we were 100 percent happy with the car we wanted, even coming in on his day off, great customer service. Would highly recommend and will buy from here again in the future:)

My experience at Hendy Car Store Portsmouth could have been better because when the car was handed over, the tyre pressures were different, and I received a warning soon after I started the drive. Then I noticed a lot of dust and debris inside the cup holders and near the phone holder, so I felt it was not cleaned enough. Finally, after I came home, I saw the Engine coolant was near the Minimum level. I believe they could've topped it up during the service.
